Our Customer Portal


Our online customer portal allows ActivTec clients to have a live view of their sites so they are always up-to-date with the state of their medical equipment. The portal is free to use for customers and you can setup as many logins for your staff as needed, with different levels of access available.

This portal is directly linked to our Customer Relationship Management software. This means that a customer can track their repair jobs, maintenance schedules and medical equipment, referred to in the portal as assets.
