ActivTec Solutions has provided service to our Medical Equipment for a number of years. We have always found that they provided us with a prompt efficient service at competitive prices. The techs that have attended our sites have conducted themselves in a professional manner and the customer service team are always willing to assist with all enquiries.

ActivTec Solutions is our supplier of choice for most items that are required to maintain the equipment used in our aged care facility. They are rarely unable to meet our requirements and overnight delivery for urgent items is second to none and something I wish other suppliers could achieve.

I have to say the service we have received from ActivTec since we have been dealing with the QLD Account Manager Michael and especially this week with Michael the Technician doing the preventative maintenance and talking to Liz in Customer Care sorting out the pumps and slings and promptly getting the new air pumps and the two repaired pumps back to me has been enormously outstanding I can not thank them enough nothing has been a problem.

Wonderful company, we have been getting my son’s wheelchair and bed serviced by ActivTec for 3 years now and have always had a pleased experience.

These guys are fantastic, nothing is an issue for them. I am a maintenance officer at a smaller nursing nursing home in north Brisbane and they currently service all the patient hoists at our facility. Their technician always has a friendly, can-do attitude & I always receive my parts orders from them promptly, at competitive prices & with a bag of jelly beans which is a nice touch! ActivTec have always been excellent and so quick in responding to any of my enquiries.
