• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Purchases made from this website are subject to the following terms:

1. If we send you a different part to what you ordered we will pay for the return shipping of the part and either supply the correct part or refund you in full
2. If we sent you a damaged part that cannot be used for the intended purpose we will pay for the return shipping of the part and supply a replacement part at no cost or refund you in full
3. All parts supplied by MediParts will be supplied in new and unused but in ‘as is’ condition. Minor aesthetic defects may be present and the date of manufacture of the parts we sell may be older than you expect, neither of these are reason that the part will not perform the task it is designed to do and will not be accepted as reasons for refund or replacement claim.
4. If you order the wrong part for whatever reason (including misdiagnosing the fault or a 3^rd party misdiagnosing the fault) you need to pay for return shipping and we need to test the part to make sure it is resaleable which will incur an $80.00 + GST labour fee for the first item and $40.00 + GST per item thereafter. If the part is not returned in a resalable condition no refund will be given and part will be disposed of.
5. If you no longer require the part you order for whatever reason and wish to return it you need to pay for return shipping and we need to test the part to make sure it is resaleable which will incur an $80.00 + GST labour fee for the first item and $40.00 + GST per item thereafter. If the part is not returned in a resalable condition no refund will be given and part will be disposed of.
6. If you do not have authorisation or adequate training from the equipment OEM to repair the item you are repairing we will not honour any warranty on the part purchased through MediParts due to the potential of damage occurring from incorrect installation.
7. MediParts is unable to provide training or advice on how to fit the parts we sell and will not be responsible for any harm caused by incorrect fitment of a part purchased from us.
8. Any part you return for warranty replacement/refund will be sent to the OEM supplier for testing and if they do not determine it to be a genuine warranty claim their word is final and warranty will be declined for the reason provided by the OEM supplier.
